Privacy policy
How we handle the personal data we receive through this website, WhatsApp or email, in accordance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Escribanía Bustamante Zambon, Registro Notarial N.º 36 of Córdoba Capital, with address at Obispo Trejo 818, 1.º piso, Of. A, Nueva Córdoba, Córdoba (5000), province of Córdoba, Argentine Republic.
What data we collect
This website has no contact forms or user area: we do not ask you for data to browse it. The personal data we process is what you send us on your own initiative when you write to us, and only what you choose to include in your message: typically your name, phone number or email, the procedure you need, and the information required to guide you.
If you use the procedure checklist tool, the documentation list is built on your own device and only reaches the notary office if you choose to send it to us via WhatsApp.
Separately, and only if you consent, we collect website usage data through Google Analytics, as explained below.
For what purpose
We use that data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, guide you on the procedure, coordinate the appointment and, if you proceed with the procedure, provide the notarial service. It is not used to send you advertising or commercial communications.
Who we share it with
We do not transfer or sell your personal data to third parties. It is only disclosed to third parties when required by a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority, or when necessary for the procedure you entrusted to us, such as filing with registries or government agencies.
When you write to us on WhatsApp, the exchange of messages is also subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy, which are outside the notary office's control.
Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and to improve it. Measurement is disabled by default: analytics cookies are only activated if you accept them in the notice shown when you arrive. If you choose to continue with only the necessary cookies, no analytics cookies are installed.
The IP address is processed in anonymized form. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser: the notice will appear again and you may choose anew.
This website also embeds a Google map in the contact section, which is a third-party service and may record information about your visit in accordance with its own policies.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiries for as long as necessary to respond to them and handle the procedure. Documentation related to notarial acts is retained for the periods required by notarial regulations and applicable law.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data provided for in Law 25,326. To do so, write to us on WhatsApp, write to us at escribaniabustamante@gmail.com, or visit the notary office during office hours.
The data subject has the right to access their own data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown as provided in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the oversight body for Law No. 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights have been affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.
Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, and the notary office's staff are bound by a duty of confidentiality and notarial professional secrecy.
Inquiries and professional relationship
Sending an inquiry through this channel does not, by itself, create a professional relationship with the notary office or replace personalized notarial advice. The information on this website is for guidance only: the final documentation and scope of each procedure are confirmed during the consultation, as each case may require additional or supporting documentation.
Please do not send us sensitive information or complete documentation before we have agreed on the procedure and the appropriate channel for doing so.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
